I hate to say this but…
The title of this article is misleading!
Institutions of higher learning and education are introducing courses and issuing degrees on blockchain.
However they are all still centralised institutions and whatever “blockchain” stuffs are still dealt with centrally, so nothing revolutionary.
However the evolution towards that direction is applaudable.
